About CSPOSI
The roots for this initiative are located in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. This island forms the ideal combination for Concentrated Solar Power applications. Abundant sunshine throughout the year is combined with one of the highest electricity and fresh water prices on the globe. However the CSPOSI is not aiming for introducing Concentrated Solar Power to the Curacao market exclusively. It is our intention to make this technique available to all the geographical locations where there is a reasonable average of direct sunlight present.
CSPOSI is carried and funded by a number of companies and individuals. We are seeking for expansion in our effort to promote the use of solar power. For this purpose we invite individuals, institutes and companies that have a direct interest in sustainable energy as well as organizations that pursue a environment friendly policy.
